Echo Zulu Defense partnered with On The Cloud Media to transform their online presence with a completely custom eCommerce website. Migrating from BigCommerce to WordPress and WooCommerce, the goal was to build a modern, high-performance storefront that reflected their brand identity. Working closely with the Echo Zulu team, we turned their vision into a fully functional, visually striking shopping experience optimized for desktop and mobile.
Echo Zulu needed more than a standard website redesign. Their existing BigCommerce platform limited the level of customization and functionality they envisioned. The challenge was to transition to WordPress while building an entirely new storefront from the ground up, incorporating advanced eCommerce features, custom functionality, intuitive navigation, and a distinctive design without sacrificing performance or usability.
We designed and developed a fully customized WordPress and WooCommerce storefront featuring a futuristic, dark-themed design with electric-blue accents. The build included a custom AJAX slide cart, real-time shopping cart updates, product comparison tools, wishlists, advanced product pages, responsive navigation, and extensive custom-coded functionality.
Beyond the storefront, we developed **Echo Zulu HQ**, a proprietary backend WordPress plugin built specifically for their business. This centralized management system allows the Echo Zulu team to manage and update their website, customize design elements, control storefront features, monitor store analytics, and manage customer contact form submissions and messages directly from their WordPress dashboard.
Every aspect of the website was developed with performance, usability, and scalability in mind, delivering a fast, fully responsive shopping experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Echo Zulu Defense received a completely rebuilt, fully functional eCommerce platform that brought their original vision to life. Migrating from BigCommerce to WordPress and WooCommerce gave them greater flexibility, customization, and control over their online business.
With the addition of our custom-built Echo Zulu HQ management plugin, their team gained a centralized backend system to independently manage website content, storefront functionality, customer communications, and ongoing updates.
